60ml Karu Vermillion Infused Affinity Gin
15ml Gingerbread Liqueur
10ml Yellow Chartreuse
7.5ml Honey Syrup
30ml Lemon juice
Amaretto and Sherry infused foam

Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake with ice for 10 seconds, double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Layer the foam on top of the drink and garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.

When Karu Distillery reached out with the idea of a Christmas Cocktail Collaboration I was thrilled and I got to work on it straight away. This drink aims to touch upon all those classic Christmas baking spices and flavours that you get with Christmas desserts. Subtle hints of gingerbread, a complexity of some quietly sweet spices coming from the yellow chartreuse and gin, a touch of star anise and finally the foam that delivers on those Christmas cherries, raisins and Christmas pudding flavours.

Why bother with having all the variety of Christmas desserts when you can have one drink that contains them all.
