Cocktail Masterclasses
Learn all the tips and tricks of the trade as you take place in a Cocktail Masterclass. Get your friends together and go through the step by step process as you learn to stir, shake and obviously drink your favourite cocktails. Engage in discussions on the theory, history and science behind each cocktail. Learn the how and why behind the techniques that have been used in professional bars for decades. These experiences can be private classes in your own home, can be held at a venue of your choice, or held at one of our partner venues.

Beginner Session

The perfect way to introduce yourself and others into the wonderful world of whisk(e)y. You’ll be tasting 4 very approachable, entry level expressions of whisk(e)y without too much complexity. Learn how to smell, taste and understand whisk(e)y.

Starting from $280 | 4 People | 2-2.5 Hours | Additional People $70pp
A good step up from the Beginner Session. Great for people who have experienced a handful of whisk(e)y and have an idea of what they like. You’ll be tasting 4 different drams with reasonable complexity that will reward the discerning palate.

Expert Session
Starting from $360 | 4 People | 2.5-3 Hours | Additional People $90pp
For those who are well experienced in the whisk(e)y world. Get the opportunity to taste limited release expressions, exclusives, and cask strength whisk(e)y. You will be guided through 4 unique, top shelf expressions with increased level of complexity. Deep dive into all the intricate details of each dram. The ultimate whisk(e)y experience!
