60ml Hendricks Midsummer Solstice
22.5ml Lemon Juice
22.5ml Parfait Amour
7.5ml Maraschino Liqueur
7.5ml Creme de Mure (Blackberry Liqueur)
10ml Lavender Syrup
1/4 teaspoon Rose Water
Lavender Garnish

Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake with ice, double strain and garnish with lavender.

What branched off from a bit of a riff on an Aviation, this drink plays to more of a complete floral and slightly sweet flavour profile. Basically a face full of a lovely garden, amplified by the tasty Midsummer Solstice gin which is deliciously floral right off the bat, this drink has all the right aspects. The lavender garnish gives you a nice, soft on the nose experience before you go in for your first sip.
