In the heart of Glebe you will find Different Drummer, where we have teamed up to present a night of Tasmanian Whisky on the rooftop! Adored by the locals, this is the perfect spot to pull up a chair and share a dram!

Come and join us as we explore some of the finest whiskies from some of Tasmania's most renowned distilleries, as well as a few unknown and underrated gems.

We will take you on a guided tasting of 6 fantastic Tassie drams, an insight into the processes carried out to achieve each whisky, as well as a few stories from each distillery. With a climate very similar to Scotland's, there is a reason why Tasmania is the perfect place for whisky production, so come see for yourself. A night that’s definitely not to be missed, as we showcase the young yet very exciting Australian whisky scene. A few lucky guests will even be walking away with some unique samples of what Aussie whisky has to offer.

Come to the bar early for a cocktail or stay late for a nightcap, Different Drummer will be running as usual for both food and drinks on the night.
