Independent Bottlers showcase interesting and remarkable single cask expressions of whisky that otherwise might not have been released from the original distillery that is was sourced from. They will present whisky (usually single cask at a time) that has been hand picked for its excellence, or present whisky that has been a long term collaboration between the IB brand and the distillery. Because of this, we get to see a side of the distillery that you might not always get to see, bringing certain whisky forward to really be appreciated for its individual profile.
