It’s always great to enjoy a whisky neat, you get to appreciate it for what it is, experience its true nature and get an understanding of the flavours and characteristics of the dram. But once you’ve been able to understand its flavour, the real fun comes when you build cocktails from those flavours!

Join us as we take you through a guided tasting of 3 different Aussie whiskies, taking notes and dissecting flavours, before diving into some cocktail crafting! We will provide you with everything you need to construct 3 different cocktails from the ground up. One whisky will be for an Old Fashioned, one will be for a Whisky Sour, one will be for a Highball, and they’ll all be delicious!
