Journey 2: Journey of Maturation.

Explore the flavours that the barrels impart on the whisky! This second journey focuses on the magic of the wood and what it does for the spirit. The different expressions of whisky in this tasting have been matured in casks that have previously held bourbon, sherry, Madeira, port, red wine and muscat. A perfect demonstration in maturation and where cask types lie on the spectrum of flavour!

This whisk(e)y tasting will be a seated, guided and interactive tasting. Guests will be tasting a number of whiskies, so it is best not to drive. These tastings focus on education and enjoyment, and are fit for all levels of whisky drinkers!

Bottles will be available to purchase at the conclusion of the event, and as always, expect some surprises!
