60ml Endeavour Gin
30ml lemon juice
20ml leatherwood honey syrup
15ml Kumquatcello
3-4 slices of cucumber (muddled)
1 inch wide mandarin wedge (muddled)
Tasmanian pepperberry to smoke glass
Wattle for the garnish
Before preparing the drink, light up some Tasmanian pepperberry and smoke up your glass. Pour the Endeavour gin into your tin, then add the mandarin and cucumber. Muddle them in then add the rest of the ingredients to the tin, add ice and shake. Double strain into your smoked glass, peg a sprig of wattle onto the edge of your glass or let it sit over the top of your drink.

This drink takes you on a flavour journey that starts off with a subtle spiced smoke from the pepperberry, a refreshing hit from cucumber, followed by some fruity, citrus notes and a complex, but still sweet honey finish. All while the Endeavour gin sails alongside you throughout the experience, constantly offering some unique flavours that pair perfectly with all the ingredients.
